WW “Bat Bites” — Light & Spooky Meatballs You’ll Love

Who said Halloween treats have to be scary for your points? These little “bat bites” are juicy, cheesy meatballs that fit perfectly into your WW plan — crispy outside, tender inside, and totally guilt-free.
You can air-fry or pan-fry them, decorate for fun, and serve with a “bloody” sugar-free marinara dip!


🍗 Ingredients (makes about 16 meatballs)
For the Meatballs:

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (or beef, 93% lean)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup almond flour (or WW-friendly breadcrumbs)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Coating:

  • ¼ cup almond flour (or WW breadcrumbs)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Olive oil spray (for pan or air fryer)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Mix & Shape:
Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl. Form into small 1-inch balls.
Chill for 15–20 minutes so they hold their shape.

2️⃣ Coat:
Dip each ball in the beaten egg, then roll in almond flour or breadcrumbs.
Lightly press so the coating sticks.

3️⃣ Cook:
👉 Air Fryer: Spray basket and meatballs lightly with oil spray. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
👉 Pan Fry: Use a light olive oil spray instead of deep frying. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.

Add two tiny black olive slices as eyes 👀 and small cheese triangles as wings 🧀🦇
Serve with sugar-free marinara as “vampire sauce” 🩸
