Ingredients
- 8 oz light pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- ยพ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ยฝ cup turkey pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil spray (0-cal cooking spray works too)
- ยฝ cup marinara sauce (for dipping, sugar-free if possible)
Instructions
- Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into 3ร3 inch squares.
- Fill each square with a small spoonful of cheese, a few turkey pepperoni pieces, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, and a tiny pinch of salt.
- Fold over the dough and crimp or pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray and place the rolls in a single layer (donโt overcrowd).
- Air fry for 8โ10 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving with warm marinara for dipping.
