Ingredients

  • 8 oz light pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • ยพ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ยฝ cup turkey pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • Olive oil spray (0-cal cooking spray works too)
  • ยฝ cup marinara sauce (for dipping, sugar-free if possible)

Instructions

  1. Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into 3ร—3 inch squares.
  3. Fill each square with a small spoonful of cheese, a few turkey pepperoni pieces, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, and a tiny pinch of salt.
  4. Fold over the dough and crimp or pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray and place the rolls in a single layer (donโ€™t overcrowd).
  7. Air fry for 8โ€“10 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crisp.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with warm marinara for dipping.
