These little bites are the kind of snack you make when you want something salty, crunchy, and absolutely satisfying. The first time I air-fried them, the kitchen smelled like a cheat meal… but the tracker said otherwise. That’s the kind of win we love.


🥣 Ingredients (Lightened)

  • 3 oz halloumi (cut into cubes)
  • Sprinkle of paprika
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • Olive oil spray (1 quick spritz — barely any points)

Dip (0 points)

  • 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Pinch of garlic powder

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Toss halloumi cubes with paprika + black pepper.
  2. Give them one light spray of olive oil.
  3. Air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Mix yogurt, lemon, and garlic for the dip.
  5. Serve hot — crispy outside, soft and salty inside.
