- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
For Coating
- 1 tbsp light butter, melted (or zero-calorie spray butter)
- 1 tbsp sugar substitute
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the light cream cheese, sugar substitute, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly like a burrito. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush or spray the rolls with melted light butter or cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- In a small bowl, combine the coating sugar substitute and cinnamon.
- While still warm, roll the churro cheesecake rolls in the mixture (or sprinkle over the top).
