Ingredients (WW Optimized)
- 1 Mission Carb Balance tortilla (8″)
- 1 tbsp G Hughes Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
- 3 oz shredded rotisserie chicken breast (skin removed)
- Thin sliced red onion (as much as you want)
- Diced bell pepper (as much as you want)
- 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella (reduced fat)
- 1 tbsp reduced-fat cheddar (or skip for even lower points)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tortilla on a baking sheet (use parchment if you want easy cleanup).
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Add shredded chicken, onion, and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle mozzarella + a little cheddar on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and enjoy immediately while it’s hot and “dangerously good.” 😄
