Ingredients (WW Optimized)

  • 1 Mission Carb Balance tortilla (8″)
  • 1 tbsp G Hughes Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce
  • 3 oz shredded rotisserie chicken breast (skin removed)
  • Thin sliced red onion (as much as you want)
  • Diced bell pepper (as much as you want)
  • 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella (reduced fat)
  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat cheddar (or skip for even lower points)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tortilla on a baking sheet (use parchment if you want easy cleanup).
  3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Add shredded chicken, onion, and bell peppers.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella + a little cheddar on top.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and enjoy immediately while it’s hot and “dangerously good.” 😄
