Ultra Low-Point Iced Latte

(0–1 WW Point)

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or nonfat milk
  • 1 shot espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • Sugar-free French vanilla syrup, to taste
  • Sugar-free caramel syrup, 1–2 light pumps (just for that caramel vibe)

Cold Foam (0 Points):

  • 2–3 tbsp fat-free milk
  • A splash of sugar-free vanilla syrup
    → Froth with a handheld frother or blender

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Add espresso or coffee
  3. Pour in the milk
  4. Add the syrups
  5. Top with cold foam
