Tuna Balls (Air Fryer) — ~6 WW Points Total / ~1 Point Each

(Makes about 6-8 mini balls)

Ingredients:

  • 1 can white tuna in water, drained – 0 points
  • 1 egg – 0 points
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (like Colby Jack or mozzarella blend) – 4 points
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (shaker style) – 1 point
  • Optional: 1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt for extra moisture – 0 points
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder – 0 points
  • Optional: finely chopped onion or green onion – 0 points
  • Optional coating: 1 tsp Parmesan (just for topping) – ~1 point

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
