🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 container sugar-free Cool Whip (0 pts)
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (0–2 pts depending on brand)
  • 2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt (0 pts)
  • 1 packet sugar-free coconut cream pudding mix (0 pts)
  • 1–2 cups diced mango (fresh or thawed frozen, 0–1 pts per ½ cup)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut (0 pts)
  • Optional: sprinkle of crushed macadamia nuts for crunch (~1 pt)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ In a medium bowl, mix Cool Whip, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and pudding mix until smooth and fluffy.
2️⃣ Gently fold in the diced mango and shredded coconut.
3️⃣ Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors set.
4️⃣ Top with crushed macadamia nuts if desired.
