Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375
- In a bowl I combined 1 banana, 1 egg, and 1 package of instant oatmeal.
- I used a silicone muffin pan to bake 3 full sized muffins in the oven. These took aprx 30 minutes to bake!
It is so great to be able to enjoy three muffins for zero weight watchers points.
You can switch it up and add different fruits to the ingredients depending on the season!
We love adding berries in the summer and apples in the fall.
