This cauliflower is amazing!!!!

WW-Friendly Cauliflower Bake (2–3 points total!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole cauliflower (stem removed but kept whole) – 0 points
  • ½ cup fat-free mayonnaise1 point
  • ½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar1–2 points
  • Spices: salt, pepper, paprika – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Remove the stem from the cauliflower but keep it whole.
  2. Boil the cauliflower upside down for about 7–8 minutes (longer if you want it softer).
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes after boiling.
  4. Mix the fat-free mayo, fat-free cheese, and your favorite spices (like salt, pepper, paprika).
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the cauliflower (use hands or a brush).
  6. Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Whole cauliflower = 2–3 points
(Depending on the cheese/mayo brand)
Split in half = 1–1.5 points per serving
Split in quarters = 0–1 point per serving
