Ingredients (~16 small squares):
- 1 cup sugar (16 pts)
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder (0 pts)
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (4 pts)
- 3 oz evaporated milk (6 pts)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (0 pts)
- Nuts optional (1 Tbsp chopped walnuts – 1 pt)
Instructions:
- Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until mixture boils, then simmer 5–6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
- Pour into a small buttered dish. Cool completely. Cut into ~16 small squares.
- Optional: fold in nuts before pouring.
