Ingredients (per jar):

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt – 0 pts
  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped – 0 pts
  • ½ cup oats – 4 pts
  • 1 tbsp granola – 2 pts (varies by brand)
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chunks – 1 pt

Instructions:

  1. Layer Greek yogurt on the bottom of a mason jar.
  2. Add strawberries and oats.
  3. Sprinkle granola and chocolate chunks on top.
  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate.
