Protein-Packed Vanilla Shake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 tablespoon of almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder shake)
Instructions:
Gather Your Ingredients: Before you begin, make sure you have all the ingredients on hand and ready to go.
Prepare the Blender: Set up your blender or food processor on a clean and stable surface.
