Ingredients:

  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese – 2 points
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs – 0 points
  • 3 oz cooked lean steak (no added fat) – 3 points
  • Fresh jalapeños, sliced – 0 points
  • Salt, pepper, and any herbs/spices you like – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Add cottage cheese to a container or bowl.
  2. Slice hard-boiled eggs and steak into bite-sized pieces and place on top.
  3. Add fresh jalapeño slices for a spicy kick.
  4. Season as desired and pack it up!
