- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese – 2 points
- 2 hard-boiled eggs – 0 points
- 3 oz cooked lean steak (no added fat) – 3 points
- Fresh jalapeños, sliced – 0 points
- Salt, pepper, and any herbs/spices you like – 0 points
Instructions:
- Add cottage cheese to a container or bowl.
- Slice hard-boiled eggs and steak into bite-sized pieces and place on top.
- Add fresh jalapeño slices for a spicy kick.
- Season as desired and pack it up!
