📝 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (unsweetened or low-carb)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup zero-calorie sweetener (like monk fruit or Stevia)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

🍴 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients (PB2, cocoa, protein powder, baking powder, sweetener).
  3. Add the wet ingredients — applesauce, egg, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  4. Scoop the dough into 12 small portions and place on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly with a spoon or your fingers.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cookies are set and slightly firm to the touch.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
