  • ½ cup Kodiak Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix (4 points)
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (0 points)
  • Mix-ins of choice – blueberries, banana slices, or Lily’s chocolate chips (adjust points as needed)

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or bowl, mix the pancake mix and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in your chosen mix-ins.
  3. Microwave for about 1 minute 45 seconds, until set.
