Peanut Butter Cup Protein Ice Cream {Ninja Creami}

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (CSE)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar free pudding mix

Mix-in

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips

Optional Toppings

  • 1 mini resees cup
  • 1 tablespoon glycerin

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a Ninja Creami Container and freezer for 24 hours.
  • After frozen, remove from freezer and set on counter for 10 minutes. Mix in Ninja creami using the “lite” mixing option.
  • After blended, add Mix in1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • *Optional (non included in calories & macros):1 teaspoon glycerin to protein powder mix. This helps to make ice cream scoopable after refreezing.1 chopped Reese’s Peanut butter cup for a topping- totally doesn’t need it. Tastes like peanut butter cup even without the ACTUAL peanut butter cup. I just added it for the picture to show what the flavor was without having to say it. 🙂
