Ingredients
- 8 oz whole wheat or gluten-free pasta – 10 points
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled & sliced – 0 points

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Prepare pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté strawberries: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add strawberries and sauté 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add balsamic: Pour in balsamic vinegar and cook 2–3 more minutes until strawberries are tender and caramelized.
