  • 1–2 espresso shots or ½ cup strong brewed coffee – 0 points
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free syrup – 0 points
  • Splash of unsweetened oat milk (not pictured) – 0–1 point
  • Ice (optional)

  1. Brew your coffee or espresso and let it cool slightly.
