🥣 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked & deveined shrimp
  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ¾ cup avocado, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • ⅓ cup celery, diced
  • ¾ cup English cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup jalapeño, diced
  • ⅓ cup red onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp horseradish
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp each paprika & chili powder
  • 12 oz V8 juice (hot or mild)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, V8 juice, and all seasonings.
  2. Stir in the veggies and taste — adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
  3. Add shrimp and mix well.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
