Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (0 points)
  • 1 medium banana (0 points)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (~1 point, depending on brand)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (0 points)
  • ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt (0 points)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, 1 point)
  • ½ cup ice (0 points)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional, 1 point)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, 0 points)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries, banana, protein powder, almond milk, yogurt, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice if using.
