Low Point Pizza Bowls (WW Friendly)

🧺 Ingredients (Lightened Up)

  • 1 lb 99% fat-free ground turkey (instead of sausage)
  • ½ cup low-sugar marinara/pizza sauce
  • 1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½–1 cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil (optional)

👩‍🍳 Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey in a skillet until browned. Drain any liquid.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
  4. Divide meat into oven-safe bowls.
  5. Spoon sauce over the top.
  6. Add veggies + turkey pepperoni.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over everything.
  8. Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Cool slightly, top with basil, and dig in.
