- 2 large eggs – 0 Points (if eggs are 0 on your plan)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning – 0 Points
- 8 slices turkey pepperoni – 1 Point total (~0.25 per serving)
- Optional: 2 tbsp zero sugar pizza sauce – 0–1 Point
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cheeses, eggs, and seasoning together in a bowl.
- Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top with turkey pepperoni slices.
- Bake for about 20–25 minutes, or until golden and firm.
