- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise โ 6 points total
- 3 oz reduced-fat shredded cheddar โ 4 points
- 3 oz reduced-fat shredded Colby Jack (or more cheddar) โ 4 points
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained & chopped โ 0 points
- 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimientos, drained โ 0 points
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce โ 0 points
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce โ 0 points
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder โ 0 points
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper โ 0 points
- Salt to taste โ 0 points
- Cooking spray for baking dish โ 0 points

๐ฝ๏ธ Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, light mayo, cheddar, and Colby Jack until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in roasted red peppers, pimientos, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
- Transfer to prepared dish and bake for 22โ24 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
- Serve warm with fresh veggie dippers, or a few light crackers on the side.
