Ingredients:
- 4 oz (113g) thinly sliced prosciutto (look for low-sodium or leaner option) – ~1 point per slice (halved lengthwise)
- 20 marinated mini mozzarella balls (use part-skim or light mozzarella) – 0 points (part-skim mozzarella is zero point on WW)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, lightly drizzled (choose a low-sugar or reduced-calorie version) – optional, 0–1 point total
Instructions:
- Prep the ingredients:
Cut prosciutto slices in half lengthwise. Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry. - Assemble:
Place a halved slice of prosciutto on a board. Lay one basil leaf (fold if large) on one end, top with one mozzarella ball. - Roll & secure:
Roll prosciutto tightly around basil and mozzarella. Secure with a toothpick or small cocktail pick. - Finish:
Just before serving, lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze.
