Homemade Mini Cinnamon Protein Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kodiak Pancake Mix
  • 1 tbsp Monk sugar or any zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 medium egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of batter into MINI donut pan
  • Sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar
  • Bake for about 4-5 minutes in the toaster oven at 350 or regular oven for 8-10 minutes
