Healthy Chicken Broccoli Bake (WW-Friendly!)

🐔 Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (or low-fat cottage cheese)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, yogurt, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
