- 3 grilled chicken breakfast filets (skinless) โ 0 points
- 3 egg whites โ 0 points
- 1 serving riced cauliflower medley (Costco, about 1 cup) โ 0 points
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce โ 0 points
- 1 packet honey roasted BBQ sauce (low-point brand) โ 2 points
Instructions:
- Heat cauliflower rice and grilled chicken filets together.
- Add egg whites and cook until done.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey roasted BBQ sauce.
- Mix well and enjoy your low-point, protein-packed breakfast!
