Ingredients:

  • 3 grilled chicken breakfast filets (skinless) โ†’ 0 points
  • 3 egg whites โ†’ 0 points
  • 1 serving riced cauliflower medley (Costco, about 1 cup) โ†’ 0 points
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce โ†’ 0 points
  • 1 packet honey roasted BBQ sauce (low-point brand) โ†’ 2 points

Instructions:

  1. Heat cauliflower rice and grilled chicken filets together.
  2. Add egg whites and cook until done.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and honey roasted BBQ sauce.
