👩🍳 How To
1️⃣ Steam cauliflower 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in large skillet.
3️⃣ Sauté onion + garlic until fragrant.
4️⃣ Add mushrooms and cook until browned and moisture evaporates.
5️⃣ Stir in herbs, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Deglaze with broth.
7️⃣ Add cauliflower and cook 5–7 minutes to absorb flavor.
8️⃣ Stir in nutritional yeast if using.
9️⃣ Garnish and serve.
