Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite
- 2 tbsp PB2 Cocoa powdered peanut butter
- 1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Optional Toppings
- Sugar-free chocolate drizzle
- Crushed peanuts
- Mini sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix Everything
In a bowl combine:
- Cool Whip Lite
- PB2 Cocoa powder
- vanilla extract if using
Mix gently until smooth and fluffy.
If you want a softer creamier texture, add a small splash of almond milk.
2. Freeze
Transfer mixture into:
- the Cool Whip container
OR - a loaf pan
OR - small dessert cups
Smooth the top.
Freeze for about 2–3 hours until thick and scoopable.
3. Serve
Let sit 2–3 minutes before scooping.
Top with:
- chocolate drizzle
- crushed peanuts
- chocolate chips if desired
Serve cold like soft ice cream.
