Frozen PB2 Chocolate Peanut Butter Fluff (WW Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip Lite
  • 2 tbsp PB2 Cocoa powdered peanut butter
  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Optional Toppings

  • Sugar-free chocolate drizzle
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Mini sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Mix Everything

In a bowl combine:

  • Cool Whip Lite
  • PB2 Cocoa powder
  • vanilla extract if using

Mix gently until smooth and fluffy.

If you want a softer creamier texture, add a small splash of almond milk.


2. Freeze

Transfer mixture into:

  • the Cool Whip container
    OR
  • a loaf pan
    OR
  • small dessert cups

Smooth the top.

Freeze for about 2–3 hours until thick and scoopable.


3. Serve

Let sit 2–3 minutes before scooping.

Top with:

  • chocolate drizzle
  • crushed peanuts
  • chocolate chips if desired

Serve cold like soft ice cream.
