Frozen Cool Whip Truffles (WW Friendly)

Frozen Cool Whip Truffles (WW Friendly)

WW Points: 1 per 3 bites
Servings: About 20–24 bites

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Sugar-Free Cool Whip
  • 1 box sugar-free pudding mix (chocolate fudge, cheesecake, vanilla, etc.)

Optional Add-Ins

  • Mini sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Crushed Oreo Thins
  • PB2 powder
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Freeze the Cool Whip

Place the Cool Whip container into the freezer for about 1 hour until firm enough to scoop.

You want it cold and thick but not completely frozen solid.

2. Scoop the Bites

Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, scoop bite-sized balls onto a parchment-lined tray.

Place back into the freezer for another 20–30 minutes until very firm.

3. Coat the Truffles

Pour dry sugar-free pudding mix into a large container with a lid.

Add frozen Cool Whip bites.

Close the lid tightly and shake gently until all bites are coated evenly.

The pudding mix creates that soft truffle-style coating like the photo.

4. Freeze Again

Store in the freezer until ready to eat.

Let sit 1–2 minutes before eating for the best creamy texture.

Flavor Ideas

Low-Point Tips

  • Sugar-free Cool Whip keeps them creamy and super low point.
  • Pudding mix adds huge flavor without needing extra sugar.
  • Freezing in stages helps the bites hold their shape.
  • Smaller scoops make them feel like little candy truffles.
  • Keeping them frozen gives the best soft ice-cream texture.
