Frosty Strawberry-Cream Cups

Frosty Strawberry-Cream Cups

WW Points (per serving): ~2 points
(Makes 4 small cups)

This little frozen treat tastes like something you’d grab from an ice-cream stand on a hot afternoon — cold, creamy, fruity, and done with almost no effort. I made a batch and honestly laughed because it felt too easy to be this good.

✨ Ingredients (lightened)

  • 4 oz light cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 box sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt or ½ cup FF Greek yogurt + ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (extra creamy but low-point)
  • A few fresh blueberries
  • 2 strawberries (for topping)
  • Zero-sugar strawberry syrup (drizzle)

🥣 Directions

  1. Whisk the softened cream cheese with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add the sugar-free Jell-O powder and mix well — it’ll smell amazing immediately.
  3. Fold in the blueberries.
  4. Spoon the mixture into 4 small cups and freeze for about 1–1.5 hours, until frosty and firm.
  5. Top each cup with sliced strawberries and a tiny drizzle of zero-sugar syrup.
