Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced – 0 points
- 5 cups cauliflower slices – 0 points
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (veg-friendly) – 0 points
- ¾ tsp dried thyme – 0 points
- ½ tsp garlic powder – 0 points
- ½ tsp salt – 0 points
- ½ tsp ground black pepper – 0 points
- 1 tsp olive oil – 1 point
- ¼ cup fat-free shredded cheese (or light mozzarella) – 1 point
- Cooking spray – 0 points
🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a nonstick pan, sauté onions in 1 tsp olive oil for about 5 mins. Add Worcestershire, thyme, ¼ tsp pepper, and cook on low until golden and soft (10 more mins). Add a splash of water if it dries out.
- Arrange cauliflower slices on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, and a little water. Brush it over the cauliflower.
- Roast cauliflower for 10 mins. Remove, top with caramelized onions and cheese.
- Return to oven for 2–3 mins, until cheese melts.
