Everything Bagel Provolone Crisps (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients (Makes ~8 crisps):

  • 4 slices provolone cheese, thinly sliced – 8 points total (2 points for 2 crisps)
  • Everything Bagel seasoning – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper!).
  2. Cut each provolone slice in half and lay pieces on the parchment-lined sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
  4. Bake for ~10 minutes, until bubbly and golden around the edges.
  5. Let cool completely on the parchment — they’ll crisp up as they cool.

WW Points: ~1 point per crisp (depending on brand of provolone).

Bonus Tip: Store on a plate or in a container on the counter — they stay crunchy for days! 🙌
