Crockpot Corn on the Cob (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients

  • Fresh corn on the cob, husked
  • 1 cup water
  • Butter, cut into small pieces (optional, adds points)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Dried onion
  • Parsley
  • Optional extras: garlic powder, Lawry’s seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup water into the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Line the bottom lightly with foil to prevent hot spots and help even cooking.
  3. Place corn on top.
  4. Sprinkle with seasonings and dot with butter if using.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, turning once if possible.
  6. Serve hot and juicy.

Optional: Add baby potatoes or baby carrots underneath the corn with their own seasonings — they cook beautifully together.
