Ingredients
- Fresh corn on the cob, husked
- 1 cup water
- Butter, cut into small pieces (optional, adds points)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Dried onion
- Parsley
- Optional extras: garlic powder, Lawry’s seasoning
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup water into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Line the bottom lightly with foil to prevent hot spots and help even cooking.
- Place corn on top.
- Sprinkle with seasonings and dot with butter if using.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours, turning once if possible.
- Serve hot and juicy.
Optional: Add baby potatoes or baby carrots underneath the corn with their own seasonings — they cook beautifully together.
