📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒 (or use olive oil spray to lower points)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet (single layer = extra crisp!).
