For the flatbread:

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 6 oz Brie cheese, sliced (rind on or off)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

For the hot honey drizzle:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4โ€“1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

  1. Preheat the oven: 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Prepare flatbreads: Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. Assemble toppings: Evenly layer Brie slices over the flatbreads. Scatter dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.
  4. Bake: Bake for 8โ€“12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
  5. Make hot honey: While baking, combine honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Warm gently over low heat for 2โ€“3 minutes.
  6. Serve: Drizzle the hot honey over the baked flatbreads and sprinkle with fresh thyme, if using. Slice and enjoy warm.
