Ingredients

- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Use fat-free mozzarella → 0 pts
- Or part-skim mozzarella → 2–3 pts total

👩🍳 How to Make It (Air Fryer Crispy Version)
1️⃣ Mix
Combine canned chicken, egg, and cheese in a bowl until it forms a sticky mixture.
2️⃣ Shape
Form into 3–4 patties with your hands.
3️⃣ Preheat
Heat air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
4️⃣ Air Fry
Cook patties 10 minutes, flip, then 10 more minutes until golden and crisp.
