WW Baked Feta with Roasted Tomatoes & Peppers (Feta Psiti)

🧺 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Reduced-fat feta cheese – 120 g
  • Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
  • Sweet bell peppers – ½ cup, sliced
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano – ½ tsp
  • Chili flakes – optional

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Place the feta in the center of a small baking dish or foil packet.
3️⃣ Scatter tomatoes and peppers around and on top.
4️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
5️⃣ Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15–18 minutes until warm and soft.
6️⃣ Uncover for the last 2–3 minutes if you want a lightly roasted top.
