Ingredients:
- 1 package (0.3 oz) sugar-free orange Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt (instead of heavy cream — much lower in points)
Instructions:
- Dissolve the sugar-free Jell-O in the boiling water.
- Let it sit for about 10 minutes to cool slightly (but not set).
- Add the Greek yogurt and blend until smooth (use a blender or whisk).
- Pour into 4 small containers or ramekins.
- Refrigerate until fully set (about 1-2 hours).
