| Eggs | 4 |
| Granulated sugar substitute or less sugar | 2-3 tablespoons |
| Cooking spray or 1 tsp melted butter for greasing | As needed |
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish:
Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly spray or grease your baking dish with cooking spray or a small amount of butter. - Prepare Bread:
Remove crusts if you like. Spread a very thin layer of melted butter or skip for lower points. - Layer Bread and Raisins:
Place half the bread slices in the dish, buttered side up if using. Sprinkle raisins and cinnamon over them. Top with remaining bread slices. - Make Custard:
Whisk together milk, Greek yogurt, eggs, and sugar substitute until smooth. - Soak and Bake:
Pour custard evenly over bread. Let soak 5-10 minutes. Bake 30-35 minutes until set and golden. - Serve:
Serve warm. Optional: Top with a small dollop of light whipped topping or fresh fruit.
