Cheesy Spinach Tacos (WW Friendly)

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese – 16 points total
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped – 0 points
  • Cooking spray – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Form Cheese Circles: Place ¼ cup of shredded mozzarella in a circle shape on the parchment. Repeat for all 5 tacos.
  3. Add Spinach: Sprinkle chopped spinach evenly on top of each cheese circle.
  4. Bake: Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
