I made a similar version the other day, and it legit tasted like the pasta forgot to show up… but nobody missed it. Fresh, salty, creamy, crunchy — all the good parts without the points overload.


Ingredients (WW-friendly adjustments)

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved — 0 points
  • 2 cups cucumbers, chopped — 0 points
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced — 0 points
  • 3 oz reduced-fat mozzarella or reduced-fat cheddar, diced — 3 points
  • 3 oz lean ham, diced — 1 point
  • 2 oz turkey salami (lean version), diced — 2 points
  • 2 slices center-cut bacon, cooked & crumbled — 1 point
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning — 0 points
  • 3 tbsp light Italian dressing — 2 points
