  • 1 cup light or fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip Light)
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix or protein cheesecake powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries (or berries of choice)

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and light cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy.
