Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (uncooked) – 2 pts
  • 1/2 frozen banana – 0 pts
  • 12–15 frozen blueberries – 0 pts
  • 2–3 frozen strawberries – 0 pts
  • 1/4 avocado – 1 pt
  • 3/4 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk – 1 pt

Instructions

  1. Powder the Oats: Blend oatmeal in a small blender cup until fine powder. Set aside.
  2. Add Fruit & Avocado: In the same cup, add frozen banana, blueberries, strawberries, and avocado.
  3. Add Oats & Milk: Sprinkle the powdered oats on top, pour in almond milk.
  4. Blend: Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve: Stick in a straw and enjoy immediately!
