⭐ Ingredients
Cheesecake Layer
- 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 block (8 oz) fat-free or 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
- 1 packet sugar-free banana pudding mix
- 2 tbsp fat-free whipped topping
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (optional — firmer texture)
Optional Crust
- 5 sheets light graham crackers, crushed
- 1 tbsp light butter
🥣 Directions
- Heat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 pan.
- Crust (optional): Mix graham crackers + butter. Press into pan. Bake 5–7 min, cool.
- Mix cream cheese + yogurt until smooth.
- Add pudding mix, mashed banana, vanilla, and whipped topping.
- Add egg if using.
- Spread over crust (or directly into the pan).
- If using egg: bake 25–30 min.
If not using egg: skip baking — chill until firm. - Chill at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Slice into 9 squares.
