Ingredients
- 2 (11 oz) Premier Protein Banana Cream Shakes
- 4 tbsp sugar-free banana pudding mix (dry)
- 2 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (dry)
Optional toppings (track if used):
- Sugar-free chocolate chips
- Crumbled low-point cookie
- Fat-free whipped topping
Instructions
- Pour both protein shakes into a bowl or blender.
- Add banana pudding mix and cheesecake pudding mix.
- Whisk or blend until smooth and thickened.
- Divide evenly into 6 small containers (about ½ cup each).
- Chill 30–60 minutes until set and creamy.
- Add toppings if desired and enjoy.
