Bacon Cheeseburger Queso Dip

All the cheesy, meaty flavor you love—lightened up!

Ingredients:

  • ½ lb extra lean ground beef (96% lean)
  • 3 slices center-cut bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup fat-free mozzarella
  • 3 oz reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
  • ¼ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat milk)
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce for spice
  • Serve with: baked tortilla chips or veggie sticks

Quick Directions:

  1. Brown beef in skillet with taco seasoning & spices. Drain and set aside.
  2. In saucepan, melt cream cheese, then stir in sour cream and almond milk until smooth.
  3. Add shredded cheeses gradually, stirring until creamy.
  4. Stir in beef and bacon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot with chips or veggies. Keep warm in a mini crockpot if needed!
