Ingredients:
- ½ lb extra lean ground beef (96% lean)
- 3 slices center-cut bacon, cooked & crumbled
- ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
- ½ cup fat-free mozzarella
- 3 oz reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel)
- ¼ cup light sour cream
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat milk)
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce for spice
- Serve with: baked tortilla chips or veggie sticks
Quick Directions:
- Brown beef in skillet with taco seasoning & spices. Drain and set aside.
- In saucepan, melt cream cheese, then stir in sour cream and almond milk until smooth.
